My writings are composed of normal life situations that I have experienced. They have helped me discover and confirm truths about Jesus Christ my savior. Jesus spoke a lot in parables and analogies so people could understand the Kingdom of God and relate to it through their everyday lives, hence the subtitle “Discovering Jesus in Everyday Life”. The title, “The Straight and Narrow Highway”, comes from Matthew 7:13-14 where Jesus talks about the narrow way which leads to eternal life. The highway part comes from my 50-year career as a truck driver. I chose cheerioskid.org as my domain address because my dad, “Captain Hook”, gave me the CB handle “Cheerios Kid” when we were a two-man team when I first started driving.
